Frequently Asked Questions

Most carpet should be cleaned once a year and no more than twice a year. It is always best to check with the manufacturer or have us come out and look at it first.

There is no real definite answer to this question. The removal of stains are dependent on what they are made up of. In general, most dyes or inks will not come out. Pet urine may be removed if it is not saturated or previously cleaned. Soiled surfaces clean better if left alone. Call us before you clean it, sometimes rubbing it in makes it more difficult to remove. Dirt can be removed or lightened from traffic areas, but wear cannot be removed.

Most carpet will be barely damp to the touch 4 hours after cleaning and will be completely dry by the following morning.
