We believe problems will always arise, but how they are taken care of, is what defines a company. We use quality control managers to inspect our sites and also keep in contact with the office managers to ensure we are meeting their expectations. Our usual response time is within 2 hours.

Post-Construction Cleaning
Post construction cleaning is a messy job, but somebody has to do it. We can detail a building from top to bottom in preperarions for D.H.E.C. inspections. Our services include cleaning:

- Top scrubbing vinyl and painted concrete
Strip and Waxing
We use quality products to ensure your floor has a stunning shine. We apply 2 coats of sealer and 3 coats of wax on VCT tile. This will guarantee protection of the tile with a brilliant gloss.
We can also set up routine buffing to maintain the floors appearance.
